Inestimable Effortless Efficiency

Sunny late-July Greetings ~

Isn’t it interesting when certain themes appear in your life enough to make you notice?

This quote by Tony Robbins has been a constant, relevant, and important reminder in my life for several years. So when I hear it through a new messenger, I notice. I recall the other messengers and surroundings where this message has found me through the years.

Why is it so important?

For one thing, it prompts an immediate pivot to the present moment. Where is my attention focused in this moment, and how is the correlated energy supporting me?

As I typed that sentence, a notification pinged on my phone, redirecting my attention. I alluded to this in my previous Note: the insidious ways our focus can be easily fractured and how our awareness of this helps assert the necessary rigor to remain present.

Ahem, back to our attention and focus. When we’re “locked in” (as the kids say these days) to a task, the energy shifts to inestimable effortless efficiency.

Where is my attention focused these days, you may ask? I am working toward new goals to expand my capacity to help others on their aging journey. Exciting things are in the works, including:

  • The addition of a new member to our Karen Faith, LLC team, Miriam Amzalak, LMSW. Miriam will be conducting home visits for individuals seeking counseling at home.

  • A video library of resources to help people navigate the life transitions I talk about with clients daily.

  • Ongoing support through groups, yoga, and mindfulness practices brought to you by practitioners of the highest integrity and commitment.

And what’s right in front of us: the upcoming Open House & Pop-Up Shop on Thursday, August 20th, from 4 - 7 p.m. Come stop by, meet the delightful vendors we’re hosting, and connect with new and familiar faces. It’s going to be awesome, and I am so excited to see you there!

With energetic attention,
