Bringing Ideas to Life
Hello dear friend ~
Ever had an idea you got really excited about and watched it come to fruition differently than you expected?
The continuum is expansive when it comes to ideas and their outcomes. Relaxing our attachment to the outcome is where the magic happens.
In his book, The Creative Act: A Way of Being, Rick Rubin writes, “There’s a time for certain ideas to arrive, and they find a way to express themselves through us.” I find this intriguing, the notion that an idea will come forth when it’s ready, through the appropriate vessel, in its own divine timing.
As we approach the 5-year milestone of Karen Faith, LLC, I appreciate the thoughts conveyed in the quotes by both Carnegie and Rubin. The idea to start a private practice had been in my mind's eye for some time. Once I anchored the idea with decisive action, everything began to progress forward.
This reflects what's been created during these last five years. Mental health counseling, classes, community-building: everything has started with an idea, the courage to take action, AND the belief in possibility.
Here’s what we’re bringing to life in June and beyond:
